Borroughs wanted to increase their e-commerce sales for their workbenches. To help them, we created a new e-commerce website and a marketing strategy that centered around Facebook ads, Google ads, and Display ads. Our campaign was successful, with record-breaking sales in 2021 and another sales record in 2022, resulting in a total of seven figures in e-commerce sales.

A Comprehensive Digital Approach to Drive Sales

Borroughs initially engaged with us in late 2019 to increase workbench sales online. After initial success, we expanded the campaign to include PPC, display, social media ads, and marketing automation. This led to increased sales on Borrough’s website and their marketplace accounts. We were happy to be a part of Borrough’s record e-commerce years in 2020, 2021, and 2022!

Marketing Automation

To maximize conversions from site visitors, we integrated marketing automation through Klaviyo. This included exit pop-ups offering a discount, an email sequence that followed, abandon cart emails, and more. The result was increased sales from site visitors as well as email subscribers.
